FIRE Diplomas
Students who successfully complete their program and meet the requirements outlined by FIRE will receive a FIRE certificate.
Graduation: Certificates are awarded during a convocation at the student’s home campus or during a UNITECR meeting, where the student will present an accepted paper.
Transcripts: Transcripts will specify the exact date the certificate was awarded. The certificate itself will also include this date.

From one network to another
I discovered the world of ceramics when I arrived at the ENSCI (the national engineering school for industrial ceramics) in Limoges, France, in 2004. I quickly became fascinated by refractory materials: these discreet but essential ceramics, without which many of the materials we use today simply could not exist.

Academic life is a continuous cycle of learning, discovering and transmitting knowledge. I entered this dance in 2014 when I came across refractories in the first semester of my Bachelor's in Materials Engineering, by joining the research group led by Professor Victor Carlos Pandolfelli at the Federal University of São Carlos. That decision shaped my professional career. High temperature materials were my entrance to discovering three passions: the scientific method, computational simulations, and advanced experimental tests.
